The DTC team engaged Sign Art Studio to provide interior sign packages for all their retail locations. In our initial meeting, we conducted a thorough review of their current package and identified several areas where value engineering could be applied. Through this process, we offered our expertise to help DTC optimize their signage packages for greater efficiency in future rollouts.
We also analyzed material usage and manufacturing processes, and recommended cost-saving solutions. One of the primary challenges faced by DTC was the difficulty in hiring local signage installers. To address this issue, we developed a training program for the company that installs all their interior fixtures. This approach offered the benefits of consistent quality and reliability across all locations, while also resulting in significant cost savings.
Our collaborative efforts resulted in a successful partnership with DTC, allowing them to streamline their interior signage processes and achieve greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
